Program Overview
This goal-setting class will focus on understanding the steps involved in defining and reaching your goals.

Program highlights

Participants will:

  • Learn the difference between a dream and a goal
  • Learn how to avoid common mis-steps
  • Learn how to use the SMART method of goal-setting
  • Practice setting short-term goals
  • Opportunity to follow up and discuss your progress in class

Eligibility requirements

Participants will have the self-management skills necessary to engage in the class.

Program dates/times/location

Tuesdays - May 13, May 20, and May 27, 2025
Mornings from 01:30 pm to 03:30 pm.

How to apply

Contact your employment facilitator to register or Holly at 306-533-7202 or holly@ssilc.ca for intake which will include completing the Labour Market Services registration form, action plan, and referral to a SSILC counselor.
