Self-Management

This 3 Day (half-day) class will teach people how to make choices and plan for employment.

Program highlights

Participants will:

  • Learn how to set realistic goals for employment.
  • Learn how to make and carry out a plan for finding and keeping a job.
  • Self-evaluate what has been working for them and what has not.
  • Find ways to change the things that are not working to become employed.
  • Discover how their inter-personal relationships are key to success.
  • Eligibility requirements
    Participants will have the self-management skills necessary to engage in the class.

    Contact Lori Sutherland at 306-533-7103 or lori@ssilc.ca for intake which will include completing the Labour Market Services registration form, action plan, and referral to a SSILC counselor.
