Landon enrolled in ESRP on March 25, 2026. This is his second time accessing services through SSILC. During his initial involvement, an Employment Facilitator supported him in securing his first job at Arby’s, where he remains employed for the past five years.

For his current enrollment, Landon requested assistance with updating his résumé and refreshing his interview skills. He independently conducted job searches and submitted applications. After several months of working with an Employment Facilitator, Landon successfully obtained a new part‑time position at FreshCo. He intends to maintain employment at both workplaces.
